Enjoyable as Noiz is... what this does best is bring all of the Doggies catalogue into focus! Yes, listen to it even if you've never heard any of their other discs but if you have the whole collection this will really put you over the top when it comes to your own order of selection. Eleven more and no two alike that's for sure. Need some new Noiz? "Hot Rod Coupe" is almost alien scale trance guitar riff rap. Need some love Noiz? "Two Kinds Of Love" will make you think you're in the highlands. Need some sensual Noiz? "Mary Anne" is one feeling after another... smell the forest... taste her lips.... there's Irish battle Noiz... there's screaming Noiz ... "She Never Even Gives It A Chance" there's heavy metal orchastration "Thine Supplicant" And the first new approach to that famous American folk song from the 1800's down in the bayoo since you know who's version from the 1960's. A true Risen Son! Now all of you who just can't stand some of it will have enough to make you own best of for sure! The lyrics to "Mary Anne" alone should give the whole music world something to think about; 'nuff said!
